Crossdresser Man Dies of Infection After Inserting Eyeliner in Rectum

A man in his 60s from Japan has died from kidney failure following a severe infection linked to an unusual incident.

The unnamed individual, who was a cross-dresser, was found unconscious at home by his brother and rushed to the hospital. A CT scan revealed a 3.5-inch eyeliner tube lodged near his rectum, which doctors believe was inserted for sexual stimulation.

Despite immediate medical intervention, including antibiotics and norepinephrine to address his deteriorating condition, the patient was deemed too unstable for surgery. He passed away two days after admission.

An autopsy showed that the eyeliner had pierced his bladder, leading to a large mass formation. The resulting kidney infection triggered sepsis, which ultimately led to his death.

The patient had experienced intermittent abdominal pain over the previous three years and had recently reported symptoms of anorexia and diarrhea. His medical history was sparse, as he seldom visited doctors for checkups.

Upon arrival at the hospital, he had a high fever, elevated heart rate, and low blood pressure. Despite efforts to stabilize him, he succumbed to his condition.
