Addressing the Concerns Surrounding the Forthcoming Oriade Local Government Election
To our esteemed supporters,
I, Hon. Ajimati Oladeji Benedict, the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for the Oriade Local Government election, wish to address recent developments regarding the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC) and its release of candidate names for the forthcoming election.

Hon Ajimati Oladeji Benedict
The recent actions of OSSIEC have sparked jubilation among members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), fueled by their unfounded hope that their candidate might emerge unchallenged. This belief reflects their deep-seated fear of facing a truly free and fair election, signaling their inability to compete on equal footing.
It is important to emphasize that the authority to disqualify candidates lies solely with the Courts, not with the Electoral Commission. Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSSIEC) conduct, under the leadership of Hashim, raises serious concerns about its impartiality and commitment to upholding democratic principles.
Statement to Our Supporters
All our aspirants meet up with the eligibility criteria set by the Electoral Commission and have no issues with their requests.
Your continued support is crucial for our success, and together, we will secure victory in the forthcoming election.
Thanks for Standing with us as we move forward confidently to win!
Sincerely,
Hon. Ajimati Oladeji Benedict Â
