My English Is Very Poor”: Peller Opens Up, Announces Plan to Return to University

Popular Nigerian streamer and digital content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has opened up about a personal struggle that has pushed him to consider returning to formal education.

During a recent live stream that has since gone viral, Peller spoke emotionally about his difficulty with spoken English, describing it as a major challenge despite his growing fame and success in the online entertainment space.

In the conversation, which featured fellow content creator **Enzo**, the streamer admitted that his limited fluency in English has affected his confidence, especially when interacting with audiences beyond Nigeria.

According to him, the challenge has prompted a decision to return to the university, where he plans to study **Arts** as part of efforts to improve his communication skills and overall self-development.

> “My English is very poor. I’m planning to go back to the university to study arts. I need to work on myself,” Peller said.

He further revealed that the language barrier has made him uneasy about engaging with international content creators. Mentioning American influencers **DDG** and **iShowSpeed**, Peller said he currently feels unprepared to hold meaningful conversations with them.

> “I can’t even imagine meeting DDG or Speed now. How would I communicate with them?” he added.

Peller’s revelation comes weeks after his highly publicised breakup with fellow content creator **Jarvis**, a development that kept him in the spotlight across social media platforms.

Reactions to his announcement have been mixed. While many fans applauded his honesty and willingness to pursue self-improvement through education, others recalled instances where he had previously made light of university education.

Despite the criticism, supporters have continued to encourage him, noting that personal growth and learning remain valuable at any stage of life.
