Air Peace to Start Direct Flights from Abuja to London Heathrow and Gatwick

Nigeria’s top airline, Air Peace, has finalized plans to start non-stop flights from Abuja to London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports, beginning October 26, 2025.
The airline announced that this expansion marks a major step forward in its dedication to delivering premium connectivity and top-tier service between Nigeria and the UK.
The new routes will be serviced by Air Peace’s wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft, promising passengers an upgraded travel experience with enhanced comfort and luxury in the cabin.
According to the airline’s statement, “With this introduction, Air Peace becomes the first Nigerian airline to operate direct flights from Abuja to both of London’s primary international airports, reinforcing its leadership position in both regional and international aviation.”
What makes this service unique is its seamless connectivity design, aimed at offering passengers maximum flexibility. Customers flying from any of Air Peace’s domestic Nigerian cities can now book a single ticket through Abuja to either Heathrow or Gatwick, removing the hassle of multiple bookings and baggage transfers. Likewise, travelers flying from London gain easy access to numerous Nigerian cities such as Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, Kano, Asaba, and more—all linked through Air Peace’s strategic Abuja hub.
This integrated route network gives Air Peace a distinct edge by simplifying travel between Nigeria and the UK, improving convenience, efficiency, and overall value. Passengers benefit from the freedom to choose various entry and exit points, enhancing accessibility on both ends of the journey.
Moreover, Air Peace is introducing highly competitive pricing on this route, with round-trip fares to London starting at just One Million Naira. Coupled with a generous baggage allowance, the airline offers travelers excellent value for their money.
