Cleric Urges President Tinubu to Initiate National Prayer for Nigeria’s Challenges

President Bola Tinubu
Pastor Toye Ebijomore, Founder and General Overseer of God’s Anointed and Blessed Church International, has urged President Bola Tinubu to call for a national prayer to address Nigeria’s pressing issues. Speaking to journalists in Akure, Ondo State, Ebijomore emphasized that the nation’s problems—ranging from insecurity and economic difficulties to famine—are deeply spiritual in nature.
According to Ebijomore, divine revelations have pointed to spiritual solutions for Nigeria’s challenges, which he believes stem from corruption, poverty, regional tensions, violence, and other social ills. He argued that a national prayer, uniting people of all faiths, could provide the necessary intervention from God.
“The only way to resolve Nigeria’s issues is through a national prayer initiative led by President Tinubu,” Ebijomore stated. He stressed that God is waiting for the nation’s highest authority to call for this prayer, promising that divine assistance will follow.
Ebijomore further criticized the spiritual state of the nation, claiming that evil sacrifices and spiritual wickedness have hindered the country’s progress. He warned that if these spiritual obstacles are not removed, they could lead to irreparable damage to Nigeria’s future.
While acknowledging that every nation faces challenges, Ebijomore insisted that Nigeria’s problems are multifaceted and worsening. He pointed out that solutions, as revealed in his 2024 prophecies, include addressing corruption, insecurity, and other critical issues.
The cleric urged President Tinubu to gather religious leaders for a National Prayer of Redemption, Dedication, and Sacrifice to seek divine intervention and aid in overcoming these crises. Ebijomore also predicted that influential figures causing unrest in Nigeria will be exposed this year, prompting federal action against them.
“This national prayer will be a turning point for Nigeria, showcasing its potential as a nation that rises and shines despite its current troubles,” Ebijomore concluded.
