Confusion set in as Court changes judge, confirm NNPC as winner of Kano election
The Court of Appeal made a shocking U-Turn to affirms Gov. Abba Yusuf’s Victory and handed the APC Candidate with N1m Penalty in certified true copy of the Judgment released today.
Last Friday, the same Appeal Court endorsed the tribunal’s declaration of Nasiru Gawuna, the APC candidate, as the winner of the governorship elections.
The court concluded that, “Therefore, I find no merit in this appeal which is liable to be and is hereby dismissed,”
