EFCC Clarifies Status of Yahaya Bello: Not in Custody

Contrary to recent media reports, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) confirms that former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello is not in their custody. The Commission emphasizes that Bello is still wanted in connection with alleged money laundering involving N80.2 billion, and a warrant for his arrest remains in effect.
