Explosions Strike Zamfara Communities Again

Two separate explosions occurred in the Dansadau District of Maru Local Government Area, Zamfara State, with blasts reported on the roads connecting Dansadau to Malamawa and Malele.
As reported by FIRST CLASS GISTS, the explosions took place along the main routes in the Dansadau district. Nuhu Babangida, a local resident, shared that a Canter truck carrying grains and heading towards the Dansadau market narrowly escaped disaster when one of the explosives detonated near it. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported.
Both explosions occurred simultaneously on Malamawa and Malele roads, but no casualties were recorded in either incident. This marks the third time in a week that explosives have been found along the roads in this region.
Earlier, on Wednesday morning, at least 12 people were feared dead when an explosion destroyed a bridge at Yar Tasha village, reportedly triggered by a device placed by suspected bandits. This explosion occurred around 8 AM when a commercial vehicle carrying passengers struck the device while heading towards Dansadau.
Just days before, on Sunday, a similar explosion, believed to be the work of bandits, targeted an 18-seater bus, killing the driver, who was the only person onboard at the time.
