How Court Decision Confirms Wike’s Sacked Lawmakers Stay Out of Office

Ikenga Ugochinyere, a member of the House of Representatives from Imo State representing the PDP, has stated that the recent Court of Appeal decision regarding the political turmoil in Rivers State has not altered the current circumstances.
In his comments on the ruling, Ugochinyere, a supporter of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, emphasized that the 25 lawmakers aligned with former Governor Nyesom Wike are still removed from their positions, as the Court’s decision did not address the core issues at hand.
