Ikire Shuts Down as APC Flagbearer Oyebamiji Returns Home in Triumph

Ikire was thrown into a festive mood today as residents trooped out in large numbers to welcome their illustrious son, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), following his successful outing at the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election.

As the leading gubernatorial candidate of the APC, the largest political party in Africa and Nigeria, Asiwaju Oyebamiji received a heroic welcome from supporters, community leaders, youths, and party faithful who lined the streets in celebration. As part of his homecoming, the APC flagbearer paid a courtesy visit to the Akire of Ikire, His Royal Majesty Oba Olatunde Falabi Lambeloye III, where he received royal blessings and prayers.
