Joe Igbokwe Criticizes DJ Switch Over Comments on Buhari’s Death

All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Joe Igbokwe, has strongly criticized DJ Switch for her remarks following the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Reacting to the news on Instagram, DJ Switch—real name Obianuju Catherine Udeh—shared a post saying, “Wow! The sweet reality of inevitability. RIP MF. One down.” She also posted a video doubling down on her statement, claiming Buhari’s tenure brought no meaningful progress to the country.
Igbokwe, clearly displeased by her reaction, took to Facebook to respond. He wrote:
“So the ugly and nauseating lady is talking? She hasn’t come to terms with the harm her words caused this nation. This lady needs help. I think she’s lost it.”
DJ Switch rose to national attention in 2020 during the #EndSARS protests, when she live-streamed events at the Lekki Toll Gate, drawing both praise and controversy.
