Kano Police Arrest 42-Year-Old Impersonator Posing as Court Officer
The Kano State Police Command has apprehended a 42-year-old man who had been posing as a police officer assigned to a court in the Ungogo Local Government Area. The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was arrested after investigations revealed that he had been unlawfully wearing a police uniform and falsely claiming to be an officer working within the judicial system.
According to the police, the man had been using this deceptive identity to gain access to sensitive areas, potentially misleading individuals and authorities. His arrest comes after a tip-off and a subsequent investigation by local law enforcement, which led to the discovery of his fraudulent activities.
