KRAD Joins AMBO on Stakeholder Consultations, Secures Widespread Endorsements Across Osun
The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Osun Central Senatorial District, Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (KRAD), on Sunday joined the party’s governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), on a series of strategic consultations with critical stakeholders across Osun State as the party intensified its campaign ahead of the August 15 governorship election.
The APC delegation, which also included AMBO’s running mate, Benjamin Kayode Adereti, Director General of the APC Governorship Campaign Council, Hon. Wole Oke, Prince Adebayo Adeleke (BANIK), and other party leaders, visited the National Association of Patent and Proprietary Medicine Dealers (NAPPMED), the Osun Muslim Community, the Osun Hunter Group, and the Osogbo Ruling Houses.
During the engagements, members of the delegation presented the APC’s vision for Osun State, highlighting the party’s commitment to good governance, economic growth, improved healthcare, youth empowerment, and inclusive development. They also appealed for support for AMBO’s governorship bid, assuring the various groups that an APC administration would prioritise the welfare and aspirations of the people.
At each of the visits, the stakeholders expressed confidence in AMBO’s leadership credentials and pledged their support for his election as governor.
The groups also unanimously declared their support for KRAD’s aspiration to represent Osun Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, promising to mobilise support for his senatorial bid when the election is conducted.
Speaking during the engagements, KRAD expressed profound appreciation to the different organisations and community leaders for the warm reception and the confidence they reposed in him and the APC. He described the endorsements as a reflection of the growing acceptance of the party across Osun State and assured them that their trust would not be taken for granted.
He reaffirmed his commitment to quality representation, people-centred leadership, and policies that would improve the lives of the people of Osun Central. KRAD also urged residents to remain steadfast in their support for AMBO and the APC, expressing confidence that the party would emerge victorious through the collective efforts and goodwill of the people.
