KRAD Meets Olurokis of Osogbo, Intensifies AMBO Campaign Ahead of August 15

As part of efforts to intensify support for APC governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), ahead of the August 15 Osun governorship election, APC Osun Central Senatorial candidate, Kunle Rasheed Adogoke (KRAD), met with the Olurokis of Osogbo Land.

The meeting focused on the development of Osogbo and Osun State, with the monarchs stressing that, as the state capital and a major voting bloc, Osogbo deserves the development it deserves.

The Olurokis, including Oba Munirudeen Adewale Olaiyiwola, Oba Ibraheem Dauda Adekunle, Oba Abdulmajeed Adekunle Olaiyiwola, Oba Yusuf Oluwafunminiyi, Oba Oluwarotimi Hashim, Oba Kunle Gbademo, and Oba Oyebode, Oluroki of Dagbolu, expressed disappointment over what they described as the Adeleke administration’s failure to fulfil promises made to Osogbo.

They subsequently pledged their support for AMBO in the governorship election and also promised to support KRAD, their son from Osogbo Land, in the Osun Central senatorial election.

KRAD appreciated the monarchs and highlighted AMBO’s plans for Osun, particularly Osogbo. He expressed confidence that AMBO would prudently manage the state’s resources and bring greater development to the people.

The message from Osogbo is clear: development, accountability and purposeful leadership must come first.
