Mourning the Loss of Chief Audu Ogbeh, Former Minister and Beloved Patriarch

Chief Audu Ogbeh, the former Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, has passed away at the age of 78. He died peacefully on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
In a heartfelt statement released by the Ogbeh family, they mourned the loss of their beloved husband, father, and grandfather. The family remembered him as a man who lived a life marked by integrity, commitment, and service to both his country and community.
“He lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a powerful legacy that touched many,” the statement said.
While details regarding the funeral arrangements are yet to be shared, the family expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of prayers and support from friends, colleagues, and well-wishers.
They also kindly requested privacy during this difficult time as they come to terms with the passing of their cherished patriarch.
