Osun 2026: Otunba Bobagunwa Foundation Empowers Over 2,000 Modakeke Residents with Food and Cash Support, Rallies Support for AMBO-KAYODE 2026

In a significant demonstration of grassroots support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the August 15, 2026 Osun State governorship election, Otunba Kazeem Odeyeyiwa the Bobagunwa of Modakeke Kingdom, through the Otunba Bobagunwa Foundation, on Thursday distributed food items and cash assistance to over 2,000 beneficiaries in Modakeke.
The empowerment programme, which attracted a large turnout of party members, community leaders and beneficiaries, was organised to provide relief to residents while mobilising support for the APC governorship ticket of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) and his running mate, Engr. Benjamin Kayode Adereti, under the AMBO-KAYODE 2026 campaign.
Speaking at the event, Otunba Bobagunwa, a foremost industrialist, business tycoon and philanthropist, reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of the people, noting that the foundation would continue to complement efforts aimed at improving the lives of residents through humanitarian interventions and community development initiatives.
He urged beneficiaries and party faithful to remain steadfast in their support for the APC, expressing confidence that the AMBO-KAYODE administration would deliver purposeful leadership and sustainable development across Osun State.
The event was attended by prominent APC leaders and stakeholders, including Chief Wahab Asalu, Oluomo Alhaji Fatai Kolawole, Hon. Wale Amusan, Hon. Lawal Mojeed, Chairman, Ife East Area Office, Modakeke, and Hon. Goke Adebowale, APC Chairman, Ife East Area Council.
The gathering further underscored the growing momentum of the APC campaign in the Ife axis, with party leaders calling on residents to sustain their support for the party and ensure a resounding victory for AMBO-KAYODE 2026 at the forthcoming governorship election.
