‘Pay The Super Falcons’ – Ian Wright Tells NFF
FCGs reports that Legendary of Arsenal and England former striker, Ian Wright, has told the NFF to pay the Super Falcons.
The NFF had stated that they would not pay the Falcons at this World Cup because FIFA began paying players directly at this World Cup.
The NFF is notorious for owing the players. The Falcons had to protest on the streets of Abuja in 2016 because they had not been paid after winning the Nations Cup. They also staged a sit-in protest at their hotel after the 2019 World Cup.
