Police Uncover Bandits’ Hideout in FCT; See The Numbers of Suspect Killed
Police operatives from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command have successfully dismantled several kidnappers’ hideouts in Chikara, Kogi State, near the border with Abuja and the Zuba area.
This was confirmed by SP Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, in a statement to FIRST CLASS GISTS on Saturday.
Adeh detailed that the operation, conducted between June 8 and 13, 2024, was part of ongoing efforts to combat criminal activities in the FCT. She explained that the unexpected arrival of the police at the kidnappers’ camp led to a shootout, resulting in the death of a suspect named Abdusallam Abdulkadir.
Additionally, three suspects were apprehended: Mahammadu Isa from Dantata, Abuja, and Likita Idris and Isiyaku Muhammedu, both from Kogi State.
