Protest: Armed Forces Ready to Intervene If Looting and Destruction Persist – CDS Musa

“We call on all Nigerians, from the Federal Government to State and Local Governments, to help prevent any actions that could bring chaos to our communities. The destruction witnessed yesterday is alarming, and if such actions continue, the Armed Forces and all military security agencies will not stand by idly.
We caution those who are defiant that we will not allow our country to be destroyed. We will respond decisively and professionally. Anyone apprehended will be brought to court for justice.
Additionally, we urge the media to refrain from providing excessive coverage of these events. This is not an election, and granting such exposure only encourages those seeking attention.”
