See how Bobrisky was Arrested at FCID After Attempting to Leave Nigeria

Controversial figure Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, is currently being held at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex in Alagbon, Lagos State.
Sources indicate that Bobrisky spent the night in police custody following his arrest by officials from the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) at the Seme border while trying to exit the country.
According to reports, he was transferred to the FCID for safekeeping as authorities await further instructions regarding his case.
An insider revealed, “Bobrisky was taken to the FCID around 10 p.m. on Monday after being apprehended at the Seme border. He spent the previous night in detention and was moved to the FCID later.”
The spokesperson for the FCID, Mayegun Aminat, confirmed the detention, stating, “He is currently with us at FCID Alagbon. We are in the process of obtaining a remand to keep him in custody today.”
Earlier, NIS spokesperson Kenneth Udo noted that Bobrisky is considered a person of interest amid ongoing investigations. Udo explained, “In line with our commitment to border security, the Nigeria Immigration Service intercepted Okuneye at the Seme border while he attempted to leave the country. He is being interrogated and will be handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.”
