See the Amount Dangote Refinery Increases Petrol Price to, per Litre

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has raised the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), or petrol, in response to the rising cost of crude oil on the global market.
In a statement issued on Friday, the refinery announced that the new price for bulk purchases of between 2 million and 4.99 million litres would be ₦955 per litre, while customers buying 5 million litres or more will pay ₦950 per litre.
This price adjustment reflects a 6.17% increase, amounting to an additional ₦55.5 per litre, compared to the discounted rate of ₦899.50 per litre available during the December 2024 holiday period.
The new pricing structure will take effect at 5:30 PM today, impacting all unsold stock and pending orders. The refinery stated that the increase was driven by the rising global oil prices, as outlined in a notice titled “Communication on PMS Price Review.”
