See the Millions of Naira Man Offers Ex-wife, After Abandoning her and their Children For Six Years

Uloma Nwogu, a Nigerian woman living in the UK, has shared a troubling account of how her estranged ex-partner resurfaced after abandoning their children for six years — only to offer money in exchange for being included in her visa application.
In a Facebook post, Uloma recounted the emotional and financial challenges she faced raising her children alone before eventually relocating with them to the UK two years ago. She described the experience as overwhelming, saying the burden led to serious health issues, including high blood pressure.
According to her, the children’s father unexpectedly reached out to her via Facebook in January this year, expressing interest in reconnecting with his kids. However, she said his true intentions became clear when he suggested being added to her UK visa application. In return, he promised to pay back the school fees from the past six years — an amount totaling around N7.9 million.
Uloma’s story has since sparked conversations online about parental responsibility and the lengths some individuals go to for immigration benefits.
