Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) at 16, Stephanie faced challenges with In-vitro fertilization (IVF) but eventually had a successful pregnancy. She documented her journey in a YouTube series titled “African and Pregnant.” In a candid interview with Chude Jideonwo, she revealed her experience, including a year without menstruation and the traumatic wait for natural conception, which led her to opt for IVF. Stephanie married in December 2016 and welcomed her first child in November 2019.

Nse was diagnosed with adenomyosis and underwent a hysterectomy, now advocating for adoption and surrogacy. She first spoke about her condition and its impact on her fertility in May 2019.
