Tinubu Mobilises Military, Police, DSS After Deadly Kasuwan Daji Attack

I have instructed the Minister of Defence, the Chief of Defence Staff, the Service Chiefs, the Inspector-General of Police, and the Director-General of the DSS to immediately pursue and apprehend those responsible for the attack in Kasuwan Daji and ensure they are brought to justice without delay.
These criminals have challenged the determination of our nation and the will of our people. They will face the full weight of the law. Regardless of who they are or the motive behind their actions, they will be tracked down. Anyone found supporting, shielding, or facilitating their crimes will also be held accountable.
I have further directed that all abducted persons be rescued as a matter of urgency, and that security presence be reinforced in vulnerable areas, particularly communities located close to forest regions.
This is a moment that calls for compassion, unity, and collective resolve. We must stand together as one nation to confront and overcome this evil. Together, we will deny these criminals any safe haven.
Peace must be restored to the affected communities.
May the souls of those who lost their lives rest in peace.
