Viral Video: 19- Years Old Nurse Arrested For Twerking Over Disabled Patients

A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Georgia, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, was arrested and charged with the exploitation of a disabled person after posting disturbing TikTok videos. In one video, she was seen twerking over a disabled patient sitting in a chair, while another video showed her engaging in inappropriate actions with a male patient in a bathtub, including putting an unidentified object in his mouth.

The disturbing footage went viral, prompting authorities to investigate. On January 23, 2025, the Loganville Police Department was alerted to the videos, and after further inquiry, they obtained a search warrant on January 28, which led to Koiyan’s arrest. She was taken into custody and booked at Walton County Jail. At the time of the incident, Koiyan was working as an in-home caregiver for elderly patients.
The police chief expressed outrage, stating, “It is deeply disturbing to see someone exploit a vulnerable individual in this way. We have a responsibility to protect those who are unable to defend themselves, and we moved quickly to take action.”
Authorities are also investigating the origin of the second video and are working with multiple law enforcement agencies to determine its location. “We are still working to identify where the second video was filmed, and the investigation remains active,” the police chief added.
