You Don’t Look Like Me, You’re Ugly – Ronaldo Tells His Lookalike Before Al-Nassr’s Match

Cristiano Ronaldo, the forward for Al Nassr, humorously criticized his lookalike, Gokmen Akdogan, calling him “ugly” and stating that the Turkish social media influencer doesn’t resemble him.
The lighthearted moment occurred ahead of Al-Nassr’s Saudi Pro League match against Al-Shabab on Friday at Al-Awwal Park. As Ronaldo was warming up, he noticed Akdogan, who is known for his striking resemblance to the Portuguese star, in the crowd.

Akdogan has gained a significant online following thanks to his similarity to Ronaldo. The Turkish personality, who has moved to Saudi Arabia, creates a range of content from comedy sketches to football-related posts. He’s often spotted around Riyadh, surprising fans with his looks.

During the game, Akdogan caught Ronaldo’s eye while in the stands. The two shared a funny moment, with Ronaldo jokingly telling him, “You don’t look like me. You’re very ugly,” according to journalist Khalid Alolyan’s post on X (formerly Twitter).
Akdogan responded with good humor, continuously complimenting Ronaldo. “You are the best, bro. You are the best,” he said while smiling.
Despite Ronaldo scoring a goal to give Al-Nassr the lead, the match ended in a 2-2 draw, leaving the team with a frustrating result.
