Former Big Brother Naija star, Tolani Baj, recently revealed a troubling incident where she received death threats from fans of Nigerian musician Wizkid.
Tolani Baj explained that the threats came after she criticized Wizkid’s remarks about Don Jazzy on her podcast, Bahd And Boujee Podcast, which she co-hosts with Moet Abebe.
Expressing her shock and frustration, Tolani Baj mentioned that even her podcast guest, Nasboi, was not spared from these threats. She questioned the justification behind such extreme reactions, emphasizing that podcasts are meant for discussions and should not provoke death threats.
“I received a death threat from Wizkid’s fans after we hosted Nasboi on this podcast. He also received death threats. It’s just a podcast. What’s the death threat for? People have been doing podcasts in America and elsewhere, but they don’t get death threats,” she wrote.
