Hon. Ajewole Golo and Hon. Aboge introducing Hon. Ajimati as the APC Candidate for Chairmanship, Oriade LGÂ
The Ward 07 meeting of the APC Ikeji Arakeji/Owena started at 4:55 PM, held at Ikeji Arakeji, Town Hall. This was the first meeting after the recent election accreditation. The Ward 7 Chairman welcomed everyone and introduced the Executive Committee members and party leaders at the high table.

The Chairman announced the population details of the community: Owena has 33 members, Powerline 18, Reserve 26, Onigba 8, and Ikeji 92. He thanked God and greeted everyone, especially Leader Aboge, for his guidance during the primary elections.

He expressed confidence that the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission (OSIEC) might not conduct the elections. If they do, he believes that with hard work, all the party’s candidates will win.

Chairman Ajewole Golo spoke on behalf of Hon. Ajimati, explaining how the zoning method helped in choosing Ajimati as a candidate. He noted that Zone A had produced more chairmen than Zone B, and the closeness of Ipetu to Ikeji increased support for Ajimati. Golo also mentioned that the votes from Zone B are expected to be higher than those from Zone A. He urged members to remain positive and not hold grudges against the previous council, highlighting the differences in the current leadership, he also pleased unbehalf of Hon. Ajimati that he has another meeting, that they are also waiting for him

This meeting was an important step in bringing party members together and planning for future elections.
Hon. Ajimati appreciated the leadership of the party, Hon Golo, Hon. Aboge and party members for choosing him, he also seek for their support to win the forthcoming election and assure them that with prayer, that economy hardship will soon be forgetting after the implementation of the just increase of minimum wage to civil and public servant , the exit of the meeting arise as the need to attend another meeting
