High Chief Ayo Olayinka, Babarisa, Ipetu Ijesa Kingdom
My dear people of Ipetu Ijesa,
It is with a heavy heart that I write to greet you all during this time of deep sorrow. The news of the passing of our dearly beloved High Chief Ayo Olayinka, the Babarisa of Ipetu Ijesa, came as a painful shock to me and to all of us who held him in high esteem.

High Chief Ayo Olayinka was not just a traditional leader; he was a father figure, a bridge-builder, and a man of great wisdom and humility. He carried the title of Babarisa with honour, and he served our community with truth and love until his last breath. His voice, his advice, and his presence will be sorely missed in the palace and across every corner of our land.

To the Royal Family, the Council of Chiefs, and the entire people of Ipetu Ijesa kingdom, I extend my deepest condolences. We have lost a great pillar in our town. His shoes will be difficult to fill, but his legacy will continue to speak for generations to come.
As we mourn this great loss, let us also celebrate a life well spent. Let us remember the values he stood for peace, unity, and progress. Let us honour his memory by standing together as one, and by continuing the good work of building our beloved Ipetu Ijesa.
May God grant the family of High Chief Ayo Olayinka the strength to bear this irreparable loss, and may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
With sincere sympathy,
Hon. Ajayi Biodun Clement (ABC)
