Dr Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe has enthusiastically supported the new direction of the All Progressive Congress (APC), with back-claps for the emergence of its new national chairman and the infusion of fresh energy in the dynamics of its political processes.
Under the new chairman, the party’s revitalized ideas and innovative approaches to complex issues would enhance credibility with stakeholders and the masses, giving the party a leading competitive advantage.
He stated this, extending his big up to the charge by the nation’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the state governors to do more for the general citizenry.
Mr. President, a game changer, tapped into the talent pool, had shopped for a mastermind, and spotted a high flier, hidden gem, and talent treasure in Prof.Nentawe Goshwe YiIwatda
YiIwatda is the current cutting-edge national chairman of the party, a renowned seasoned academic, engineer, and politician; and formers INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Plateau State APC governorship candidate, Co-ordinator, Tinubu-Shetima presidential campaign in the 2023 general elections, and immediate past Hon. Minister of Humanitarian Affairs & Poverty Reduction.
Ogungbangbe, PhD, formidable in risks and opportunities assessment, and resources and constraints evaluation, stated further that the party new chairman has capacity for tech-driven party development initiatives and implementation implications, going by his analytical skills and strategic thinking; digital literacy and interdisciplinary approach; and academic leadership and public service insights.
The party chieftain and Senate aspirant from Osun East Senatorial District expressed general positivity that the new operations and management of the party affairs would become more cohesive and effective, more representative of perspectives by the increased engagement of the party stakeholders and members, and the public in the political process to input a sense of participation in the party.
He opined that the improved party vision and cohesion, increased citizen participation, intra-party democracy and stability would make good Mr. President’s charge to prioritize progressive reform and strengthen grassroots mobilization, and make happen the new party chairman’s pledge to inclusiveness, unity, and party rebuild.
Prince Ogungbangbe extolled the party new national boss and declared him a rockstar, someone exceptional and uniquely, with the right skills and political experience.
