HON. ADEOYE EMMANUEL TEMITOPE BEGINS DISBURSEMENT OF ₦20,000 FIRST-CLASS HONOR AWARDS TO IJESHA STUDENTS IN NIGERIAN FEDERAL UNIVERSITIES

Hon. Adeoye Emmanuel Temitope has officially commenced the disbursement of ₦20,000 each to all first-class students of Ijesha origin across federal universities in Nigeria. This educational support initiative is part of the First-Class Honor Awards, launched on July 26, 2025, to reward outstanding academic performance and promote excellence among young scholars from Ijeshaland.

The initiative covers qualified students from the six Local Government Areas of Ijeshaland, namely:
Atakunmosa East
Atakunmosa West
Ilesa East
Ilesa West
Obokun
Oriade
Through the First-Class Honor Awards, Hon. Adeoye Emmanuel Temitope aims to encourage hard work, relieve financial pressure on high-achieving students, and inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators from the region. Beneficiaries across various federal institutions have expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing it as timely, motivating, and impactful.
