Stop the Lies: AMBO Media Queries Adeleke’s Policies and Performance

• Questions Adeleke’s Governance Record
The Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) Media Fronts has debunked yet another piece of junk authored by the talkative Spokesperson to Governor Ademola Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, critiquing an imaginary Blueprint allegedly launched by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming governorship election, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).
The said Blueprint is a figment of the imagination of Olawale Rasheed and other lying machines pushing false narratives to the public, as at no time did AMBO launch any Blueprint or Manifesto detailing his plans for the people of Osun. When the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) formally opens campaigns for the August 8, 2026 election, the All Progressives Congress, under whose banner Oyebamiji is contesting, will adequately invite the media and members of the public to interrogate AMBO’s master plan for the state.
Meanwhile, why is the Adeleke government so obsessed and concerned about whatever blueprint Oyebamiji may have formulated for the people of Osun— as if their hopeless government has one?
Which blueprint has Governor Adeleke been implementing in the last three years?
Of recent, the rudderless government conducted a failed summit on agriculture, till date, no roadmap, blueprint or action plan has been produced by the government to reposition Osun for greater productivity in the agricultural sector.
Which blueprint has Governor Adeleke been implementing…?
A blueprint which encourages spending of N80 billion on eating and drinking and merriment in the governor’s office while students in UNIOSUN and UNILESA are charged as much as N1.5 million per session?
Which blueprint is the governor implementing? A blueprint where taxes meant for the state are siphoned to line the pockets of government official? A blueprint where the government, for example, promised to generate N5.2 billion from Hotel Occupancy and Restaurant Consumption Tax in 2025 but ended up recording a miserable N10 million!
We invite the people of Osun to interrogate the claims of the Osun State Government on what it allegedly generated in 2025 from hotel and restaurant consumption. It is obvious that the state government is economical with the truth about the actual revenue realised from hotels and restaurants across the state.
Again, we ask: which blueprint has Governor Adeleke been implementing since November 2022? A blueprint where half of the IGR of the state is sourced from exorbitant school fees and expensive drugs sold in our hospitals?
A blueprint where over 80% of the revenue of the state comes from federal allocation, international and national begging?
A blueprint where government had to loot in 2025 federal government equipment at the Child and Mother Hospital, Osogbo, to conduct accreditation at the state university teaching hospital?
When AMBO is ready to launch his Blueprint, it will not be the overwhelmed and unserious officials of the Osun State Government that will disclose its contents to the people of Osun. AMBO holds the Osun people in high esteem and will personally present his master plan to them. And people can be assured that AMBO will not rob Peter to pay Paul. He will not steal from the people through hidden and unreasonable taxes to purchase N13 billion worth of vehicles and to sustain the luxury lifestyle of officials as we have it in the present regime where some unproductive politicians live obscenely at the expense of others.
