Hon. Oluwatoyin Adesola is a woman who has spent over three decades in the Nigerian banking sector, working with people’s money, people’s dreams, and people’s future.

A seasoned banker with hands-on experience, having served in senior leadership and strategic roles. She brings a rare combination of institutional memory, financial discipline, and people-centered leadership, with expertise in steering organizations through reforms, economic cycles, and regulatory changes.

She has served at the policy and decision-making level as a Member, Governing Council, National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI) Abuja between 2017-2021, representing Osun State and by extension, the South West.
