With a heavy heart and deep sense of loss, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the entire people of Ipetu Ijesa Kingdom on the passing of our revered High Chief Ayo Olayinka, the Babarisa of Ipetu Ijesa, today 2nd of July

High Chief Ayo Olayinka was more than a titleholder, he was a bridge builder, and a leader who stood firm for the progress and unity of our land. His wisdom, humility, and commitment to the growth of Ipetu Ijesa will be greatly missed. His passing is not just a loss to his immediate family, but to the entire kingdom and Osun State at large.

To his beloved family, I say: may God grant you strength during this painful time. Please accept my deepest sympathy. The void left behind by a man of his stature cannot be easily filled, but I pray that God will comfort you and give you peace that surpasses understanding.
To our good people of Ipetu Ijesa, let us not mourn like those without hope. Let us celebrate the life of a true son of the soil, a man who served his people with honour and left behind a legacy that will outlive him.
I pray that the Almighty God will continue to protect and guide Ipetu Ijesa. May peace reign in our land, and may the soul of High Chief Ayo Olayinka find eternal rest.
