Access Bank Horror: Staff Secretly Records 400+ Colleagues Naked Videos in Office Restrooms

Access Bank Employee Allegedly Recorded Hundreds of Inappropriate Videos in Office Restrooms
An alarming incident has surfaced at Access Bank involving a staff member who reportedly recorded over 400 secret videos of colleagues—many in compromising situations—within the office restrooms.
In response, the bank has imposed strict policies banning employees from staying late after work hours. “People used to hang around after their shifts ended, especially those off at 7:30 p.m., but that’s no longer allowed. Management also warned that similar misconduct could result in lengthy jail time,” a staff member revealed to FIJ.
However, many workers feel the company’s actions suggest a cover-up rather than a genuine attempt at accountability.
“There’s a climate of fear,” one employee said. “No one feels empowered to speak out.”
“We’re just contract staff, so we’re easily discarded. If you speak up, you’re at risk of losing your job,” another noted.
The emotional toll has been significant. “Some of the victims don’t even know they’re in those recordings. Everyone’s anxious, wondering if they’re one of them. It’s terrifying to think this might surface years later—maybe during a political campaign—when nothing can be done to undo it.”
Staff say no mental health support has been provided, and the silence from management has only worsened the situation. FIJ reportedly contacted Access Bank for comment on Friday, but no response had been received by the time of publication.
