Chiangi, a revered figure in Tiv folklore, was renowned for his unparalleled mastery of the bow and arrow. In Tiv oral tradition, he is depicted as a fearless hunter and warrior, possessing extraordinary accuracy and agility.

Legends recount Chiangi’s heroic deeds as he defended his people against rival tribes and formidable beasts, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding Tiv communities.
