Breaking News: Court of Appeal Upholds Ruling on Oyetola’s Controversial “YES or NO” Election in Osun State

The Court of Appeal in Akure has dismissed an appeal filed by Chairmen and Councillors involved in the “YES or NO” election conducted during the administration of former Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

The appellate court upheld the ruling of Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of the Federal High Court, Osogbo, dated November 2022, affirming that the election violated Sections 29 and 32 of the Electoral Act, 2022.
