Tony Okocha, the former chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers State, has accused Rotimi Amaechi of planning to hijack the party in the state to fight President Bola Tinubu in 2027 ¹ ². Okocha claims that Amaechi wants to use the party to 
fight Tinubu, and he has vowed not to let that happen ¹ ². This comes after Okocha’s committee was dismissed by a court, and Emeka Beke, a loyalist of Amaechi, was reinstated as the APC chairman ¹ ².
