High Chief Olayinka, the Babarisa of Ipetu Ijesa kingdom
Today, July 2nd, 2025, we mourn the loss of a great leader and respected figure, High Chief Ayo Olayinka, the Babarisa of Ipetu Ijesa. He was not only a prominent leader of the PDP but also the second in command of the Ipetu Ijesa Kingdom, holding the title of Babarisa of Ipetu Ijesa and serving as a key chief in the council.
High Chief Ayo Olayinka dedicated his life to the service of his people and his community. His leadership, wisdom, and commitment to Ipetu Ijesa will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
We pray that his soul rests in perfect peace. May God grant comfort and strength to his family and the entire Ipetu Ijesa community during this difficult time. May the pain of this loss be eased and replaced with hope and unity.
