HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO HOST NATIONAL DIALOGUE ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT REFORM AND CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
Abuja-FCT | Sunday, December 1, 2024 – The House Committee on Constitution Review (HCCR), under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, is preparing to host a National Dialogue on Local Government and Constitutional Amendments, scheduled for one day.
In a statement ahead of the event, Rt. Hon. Kalu, who also serves as the Deputy Speaker, highlighted the significance of the gathering:
“This dialogue serves as a crucial opportunity to bring together ideas and strategies for building a stronger local government framework, which plays a key role in the ongoing constitutional review process.
