IDF Concludes Raid on Gaza Hospital, Detains 240 Terror Suspects
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have completed a raid on Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, detaining around 240 individuals suspected of terrorist activities.
According to the IDF, the operation targeted Hamas militants who were reportedly using the hospital and its surroundings as a base for launching attacks. A variety of weapons, including firearms, explosives, and other military gear, were seized during the operation.
An IDF spokesperson stated that the mission successfully dismantled a major security threat and disrupted Hamas’ infrastructure in the area.
This raid follows a series of military actions in northern Gaza, which have included both aerial bombardments and ground operations aimed at eliminating Hamas positions.
Earlier in the day, the IDF intercepted two long-range rockets fired from Gaza toward Jerusalem. Both rockets were destroyed mid-flight, preventing any potential damage or casualties.
In addition, Israeli forces have initiated a new ground offensive in Beit Hanoun, a northern Gaza neighborhood, as part of ongoing efforts to remove Hamas operatives from the region.
