Kwankwaso Vows to Win 2027 Presidential Election

Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), confidently declared his intention to win the 2027 presidential election. This announcement came during the inauguration of the new NNPP Secretariat on IBB Way in Katsina.
Kwankwaso, who was the party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, made the remarks while visiting Katsina to offer condolences to the Yar’adua family following the passing of Hajiya Dada.
He emphasized that the NNPP is well-positioned to claim the presidency, governorships, and other key positions in the upcoming election. Kwankwaso expressed strong optimism about the party’s prospects for success in 2027.
Addressing the gathered crowd, Kwankwaso criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), stating, “The PDP is already finished. We left the party because it strayed from its original path.” He urged Nigerians, especially women and youths, to be wary of being misled by superficial incentives during elections.
Kwankwaso also called on NNPP leaders to enhance their dedication to the party’s success at both the state and national levels. He praised the efforts of local party members for refurbishing the state secretariat, viewing it as a crucial step toward achieving victory.
