Notorious Kidnapper Killed in Akwa Ibom Raid; G3 Rifle Seized

Akwa Ibom State Police Command has eliminated a notorious kidnapper, Ubong Effiong Archibong, also known as Condiment, the leader of the Bling Bling Marine Strike Force.
According to ASP Timfon John, the police spokesperson, Archibong was killed during a gunfight with officers in his hideout in the Uyanga Community, Cross River State. Authorities recovered a G3 rifle and ammunition from the scene.
Archibong was implicated in several high-profile crimes, including the kidnapping of High Court Judge Joy Unwana and the murder of her police orderly, Inspector ThankGod Edet, as well as the killing of the CEO of Emem and Sons Nig. Ltd. and the abduction of his sales representative. He was also linked to the kidnapping of Pharmacist Joemel and Mr. Brown, CEO of Mingles Hotel.
The police have deposited Archibong’s body in the morgue and are continuing their investigation to apprehend other gang members.
