Witnesses were drawn to the dramatic spectacle as the man, visibly unwell and covered in mud with soaked clothing, lay motionless on the ground. A video capturing the incident quickly made rounds on social media, showing a crowd gathered around the unconscious individual, expressing concern and confusion over his condition.
Online commentary suggested the man was experiencing the effects of the psychoactive substance, which has gained notoriety among youth.
