See How Housewife Was Arrested For Burning House Help’s Lap, Genitals With Hot Iron

The Edo State Police Command said it has transferred the case of the arrested 31-year-old, housewife identified as Abigail Oluwarotimi, who allegedly inflicted injuries on the private part of a primary school pupil, to the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID.
FIRST CLASS GISTS reports that the Commissioner of Police, Umoru Ozigi disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen by the Command’s spokesman, Moses Yamu.
The statement said the case was transferred to the SCID for a thorough and discreet investigation.
Umoru explained that the Command received a report on January 11, 2025, at 7:45 pm, that Abigail Oluwarotimi heated a metal object in fire and used it to inflict burns on her house help by name Jude Joseph, aged 15 years.
He said the action of the housewife resulted in the victim sustaining injuries on his lap and genitals.
“The suspect was promptly arrested. She confessed to the crime and blamed her actions on the allegation that the boy molested her children. The victim is currently receiving treatment.
“The Commissioner of Police, Edo State Command, Umoru Ozigi, was concerned about the development and he ordered the immediate transfer of the case to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for a thorough and discreet investigation.
“The Command, therefore, warned the general public against taking laws into their hands, while emphasizing the importance of allowing the law take its course,” the statement said.
