An unidentified man was electrocuted while trying to vandalize a transformer in Otukpo, Benue State.
The incident involved a resident of Otukpo-Icho, according to IDOMA VOICE. In the morning, locals discovered his lifeless body hanging from the transformer pole.
Reports indicate that the man had managed to cut some wires before being electrocuted. A screwdriver and pliers were found on him.
This same transformer was reportedly vandalized last year.
