See Names of 15 Shila Boys Court Sentence to Prison for Various Offenses in Adamawa

In Adamawa State, the Chief Magistrate Court 2, under the direction of Adamu Adamu, has handed down prison sentences to fifteen individuals known as ‘Shila boys’ for multiple crimes.
The sentences, which range from one to five years, follow convictions for offenses including extortion, receiving stolen property, thuggery, criminal conspiracy, and causing grievous bodily harm.
Umar Abubakar and Sadam Yakubu received the longest sentences of five years each for their involvement in receiving stolen property, with the option to pay fines of N120,000 and N150,000, respectively.

– Abdulrahaman Tasiu: 2 years
– Abdulazeez Mohammed: 3 years
– Aliyu Bala: 2 years
– John Josiah: 2 years
– Rabiu Adamu: 3 years
– Anas Adamu: 2 years (no fine option)
– Osama Adamu: 3 years
– Haruna Musa: 3 years
– Mujahid Saidu: 3 years
– Abdulrahaman Usman: 2 years or N150,000 fine
– Aliyu Umar: 2 years or N150,000 fine
– Abdullahi Isa: 2 years or N50,000 fine
– Shettima Mohammed: 2 years or N200,000 fine
These sentences reflect the court’s commitment to addressing criminal activities and upholding justice in the region.
