The Secret to Lasting Joy: Achievements That Honor God
It’s easy to find happiness in our personal accomplishments, whether in education, business, financial success, or social achievements. While these can bring momentary satisfaction, they do not provide lasting joy unless they are centered around glorifying God.
Jeremiah 9:23-24 reminds us:
“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength, or the rich boast of their wealth. But let the one who boasts boast about this: that they understand and know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice, and righteousness on the earth, for in these I delight.”
When we make it a priority to honor God through our achievements, we discover a deeper sense of purpose and joy that endures.
