Three Cross River University Students Killed in Crash Amid Protest Closure

Three students from Cross River State University have tragically died in a car accident while traveling home after the university was closed for two weeks to prevent participation in a planned protest on August 1st.
The students were traveling by bus to Ogoja in northern Cross River State when the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon near Ikom, along the Calabar-Ikom highway.
