“Thunder Will Strike You” – Super Falcons Star Okoronkwo Speaks Out on Threatening Messages
Esther Okoronkwo, the standout forward for Nigeria’s Super Falcons at WAFCON 2024, has not only dazzled on the pitch but recently revealed she’s been receiving disturbing messages off it.
Sharing a screenshot on Snapchat, Okoronkwo exposed a strange direct message from a fan, accompanied by a warning caption: “Please note this threat.”
The fan initially sent a playful message asking, “How much is your bride price? I want to marry you.”
After no response, the sender came back days later with a more menacing tone: “If you don’t marry me, thunder will strike you.”
